Why Do Mens Like Bikes So Much ?

A fanatic rider Usually, all men like bikes and some of them are even mad about them. Whether it’s about owning a new cool model of Kawasaki Ninja or performing cool stunts on a dirt bike, they are completely fanatic about them, and sometimes even their whole life revolves around their bikes. By listening to a number of crazy riders, I realized how a bike is just not a two-wheel vehicle for them. Their souls are connected to their motorcycles and they have sometimes even gone out of their ways for their bikes. Bikes as hobbies Stunting: Guys are often intrigued by the scope of action a bike provides like no other vehicle. Stunting can become anyone’s favorite pastime hobby and source of thrill and joy. The thrill a guy gets while stunting by the rush of adrenaline through his veins gives him a pleasure that can’t be replaced by any other feeling in the world. They also form an immaculate grip on their bikes through such action and practice allowing the scope of taking more risk and thus seeking more thrill. Touring: Guys enjoy touring in groups. What else a man needs more than the company of his adventurous friends and his dear bike? They tour together over dusty lanes, smooth highways, mountainous routes and what not! A guy who loves traveling (who doesn’t?) would definitely fall in love with touring and his bike which provides as the best means to get anywhere anytime. When you’re on a bike, your inanimate surroundings seem to have become alive. Even the simplest of the things intrigue you. The sky seems to have got a fresh color. The wind pa
ssing by feels like it’s kissing you. Your goal is not the destination but the ride itself. Even when you slip while riding, you’d never check how hurt you are, being a true lover of your bike, but first get hold of your bike and check how much damage the fall had caused to it. The injury you get never really matters to you then, but if your bike is hurt, you do feel sorry. What makes them love bikes? Whenever someone asks any rider why he loves bikes, he falls into the nostalgia of those moments of thrill and action he’d with his beloved bike. It’s almost like reminding a lover of his ladylove. That’s how much their bikes mean to them! It’s really hard to explain. Those feelings are too wide to be summed up in simple words. But of course riding has amazing benefits associated with it which make those moments precious and unforgettable: Speed: What man doesn’t like being in action? There’s literally nothing faster than a bike. Either you get him a roller coaster or you get him a bike, both stand for speed to him. The rush, the adrenaline, the action, the liveliness of those moments is all priceless. Men clearly are fanatic for speed so are they for

Ktm Rc 390

KTM RC 390

The RC 390 is the top tier motorcycle in KTM India’s RC range. Marrying the thrilling performance of KTM’s 373.2cc single to an agile chassis and focused riding position, the RC390 makes for a great track machine to hone one’s riding skills.

2022 KTM RC 390 Latest Updates

KTM has announced the revival of the RC Cup in India! Head here for all the details.

KTM launched the RC 390 GPEdition in India at Rs 3.16 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), which is the same as the standard edition. Find out more details in our launch story.

2022 KTM RC 390 Engine

Powering the 2022 RC 390 is the familiar 373cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled with 43.5PS and 37Nm (1 Nm more thanks to a larger airbox) on tap. A new Bybre braking system with 320mm and 280mm discs at the front and rear respectively, against the previous model’s 230mm at the rear should translate to a better braking performance, at least on paper.

2022 KTM RC 390 Design

The RC 390 in its latest iteration looks like an almost completely new bike. The most noticeable change being the completely new bodywork design with race-inspired lining and graphics all around. The two new colours- KTM Factory Racing Blue and Orange too, are inspired from KTM’s MotoGP team. An all-LED lighting system with integrated blinders against the previous model’s halogen projector setup.

2022 KTM RC 390 Features

The bike comes loaded to the T with new features. It gets traction control and lean-sensitive cornering ABS. A new supermoto mode allows you to switch off the rear abs and slide your rear wheel. Adding to its racing credentials, it gets a quickshifter as standard. The supersport finally debuts a TFT screen from its naked sibling, the KTM 390 Duke with bluetooth connectivity. That said, it misses out on navigation, which is a bit of a bummer.

2022 KTM RC 390 Competitors

The 2022 RC 390 carries a price tag of Rs 3,16,070 (ex-showroom Delhi) and goes up against the likes of TVS Apache RR 310 and Ninja 300

What is good and bad in 2022 RC 390?

  • 2022 RC 390 Positives

Added engine versatility leads to more excitement; Sharp handling doesn’t scare you silly; Relatively relaxed ergos makes it more accommodating and lends better bike control; Cornering ABS, traction control and quickshifter!

  • 2022 RC 390 Negatives

Design is extremely polarising; Massive price hike compared to its predecessor; Fit and finish levels are sub-par.

  • Expert's Conclusion

KTM has struck gold with the new RC 390. It is more explosive, sharper and fit for the track. But the changes have made it more accommodating, forgiving and a better all-round tool. Only if it were priced a bit better.

Apart from that you feel great! And you will surely enjoy if you are currently riding a moped.

Try it out and do comment below, if whatever I have told you ,you think is a lie.

SUPER BIKES

Yamaha R15 V3 and  R3

The recently enforced BS6 emission norms have spelled bad news for Yamaha enthusiasts in India, because they brought on the discontinuation of a popular and capable little sportsbike - the YZF-R3. While there’s not much news yet about whether the R3 will make a return in BS6 form, we can tell you something about its very close cousin, the YZF-R25
They say a picture speaks a thousand words, and what we’re bringing you today are renderings of the R25 v3 which could be officially unveiled as early as 2021, depending on how the COVID-19 scenario pans out. The renderings place the R25’s styling more in-line with its larger siblings, the R6 and the R1 superbike. The front end features dual slit-like LED DRLs, just like we see on the two larger bikes, but the headlights seem to be missing altogether. If recent Yamaha sportsbikes are anything to go by, the R25 will probably use twin projector headlights.

Bajaj pulsar Rs200 bike

Bajaj
Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 is a sports bike available in 1 variant in India. Its price starts from ₹1,52,341 (ex-showroom). Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 generates 24.13 bhp of power and 18.7 nm of torque from its 199.5cc engine. Single cylinder engine of Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 has a 6 speed manual gearbox. With both front and rear disc brakes, Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 comes up with anti-locking braking system. This 166 kg bike is available in 6 colours.

The Pulsar RS200 is the flagship model in Bajaj’s Pulsar family and it is the only fully-faired motorcycle in the manufacturer’s line-up. Marketed as the fastest Pulsar yet, the Pulsar RS200 is designed to be a compact sportsbike. Unlike other fully-faired motorcycles like the Yamaha YZF-R15, the RS200 doesn’t have as aggressive riding stance as of a super sport motorcycle. The riding position is slightly upright and is suitable for mild touring.

Yamaha r1

The YZF-R1 is Yamaha’s flagship supersport motorcycle which has a few upgrades for 2018 to make it more competitive in the litre-class segment.

The bike sports a sharp design language and LED headlamp unit with DRLs similar to the previous model. However, the new paint schemes and graphics give the YZF-R1 an aggressive look.

It also gets technological upgrades like the revised Quick Shift System that allows clutch-less downshifting and an updated Lift Control System. Apart from these, the bike’s electronic package includes slide control, launch control, anti-wheelie control, unified braking system and banking sensitive traction control.

The bike uses Yamaha’s Deltabox frame which houses the 998cc cross plane four-cylinder motor that produces a whopping 197bhp at 13,500rpm and 112.4Nm of torque at 11,500rpm. This unit is mated to a six-speed transmission and breathes through a titanium exhaust system. The YZF-R1 gets an aluminium tank and magnesium wheels as weight saving measures and weighs 5kg lesser than the outgoing model at 199kg.

Kawasaki ninja 300 bike

The Ninja 300 is Kawasaki’s smallest faired offering in the iconic Ninja series. Introduced in October 2013, it has proved to be a worthy successor to the Ninja 250R.

The Ninja 300 sports an aggressive styling that takes cues from the higher-displacement Ninja models. The front cowl gets a different twin headlamp setup, inspired from the much bigger ZX-10R. It also gets an analog digital meter, fuel gauge and pass-light switch which was missing in the Ninja 250R.

The Ninja 300 delivers 39bhp and 27Nm of torque from its 296cc, liquid-cooled, DOHC parallel twin engine. The engine weight has been reduced using sleeveless cylinders, lighter pistons and a redesigned head, crankcase and oil pan. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox and is assisted by a slipper clutch. The Ninja 300 is available in four colour schemes, Candy Plasma Blue, Lime Green/Ebony, Moon Dust Grey and Lime Green. At Rs 2.98 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), it is the most affordable Kawasaki in India thanks to the heavy localisation. It thus sits in a sweet pricing spot between the locally manufactured single-cylinder fully-faired motorcycles like the KTM RC390 and TVS Apache RR310 and the likes of the twin-cylinder imports like the Yamaha YZF-R3. You can even have a BMW G310R streetbike at almost the same price as the Ninja 300 ABS.
